I know the world seems upside down right now; and it is. Despite all the crazy going on, I think we can agree that we need a little less chaos, more Godly direction and a lot more Jesus!
I’ve tried to find moments of positivity in it all, and I’ve found the closings a little refreshing in that it’s forced us all to slow down and just rest. I’ve used the time to press more into my faith in Jesus, finding comfort and solace in knowing that He is our rescuer, redeemer, healer, and He will see us through this. I’m so glad I have so much hope in a God who is the author and the maker. And while he did not create this chaos (Satan is at work) I know that God will prevail in the end, and his full work will shine. Meanwhile, it is up to us to be the Light in the dark.
I created a quick guide of daily doses to keep myself in the Word, and find comfort. These bible verses were prayed over, and chosen as they correlate with the days upcoming; month and day. Stretching from 3/16 to 3/25, I may create more for the near future. 🙂
I hope someone else will find this useful.
I hope you continue to fix your eyes on God. Live not in Fear, for fear is not of God. I hope you find the peace of the Lord and draw nearer to him.
Let’s pray for health of our nation AND the world, and our leaders as they guide us through this time of uncertainty. That their decisions are for the good of all and according to God’s Will.
May we rest in understanding and knowing that though there is uncertainty on Earth, we have the ultimate CERTAINTY that we have an amazing God who will never forsake us.
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
